Match the attachment and installation method
The mushroom head on this silicone rubber suction cup provides a shaped attachment feature above the cup body. Its fit with the receiving holder needs to retain the cup without damaging the narrow connecting section. The holder geometry and assembly direction are therefore separate selection considerations from the diameter of the sealing face.
Check the receiving opening and the space available behind it for the head to seat. A sharp edge can cut the material during insertion, while insufficient clearance can leave the head partly compressed or incompletely engaged. Avoid pulling on the sealing rim to force the attachment into place, since that loads a different part of the cup.
Once installed, assess the cup's contact with the intended surface and the direction of force through the holder. The shaped head does not establish a lifting capacity or guarantee retention under every load. Inspect the connection for stretching or tears during maintenance, along with the sealing lip. Damage at the neck can affect attachment even when the rim still appears capable of forming a seal.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
