A custom wiring pipe grommet creates a cushioned transition where wiring meets a pipe-like passage or opening. The bore should guide the finished lead without leaving an edge exposed at the point where it leaves the surrounding structure.
ETOL offers custom size, material, hardness and color. Identify which feature retains the grommet and how far protection must extend along the passage. The cable route beyond that point should leave room for the intended bend rather than turning tightly against the rubber's end.
Before fitting, inspect the passage for internal edges and remove loose debris. Seat the grommet in its intended direction, then thread the wiring without catching terminal features inside the bore. Check the exit after the cable is secured so the protected region has not been pulled back into the opening. During maintenance, support the lead independently while removing nearby parts. Reinspect the internal wall and retained section before reuse, especially if the previous cable routing left a concentrated wear mark at one point.
