Silicone rubber flat rings provide a circular rubber layer with a flat cross section. The custom inside diameter, outside diameter, and thickness can be matched to a gasket seat or adjoining faces. The ring's width needs suitable support so compression occurs across the intended contact area.
Check the mating parts for shoulders, grooves, or edges that limit the available space. A ring may have the correct outside diameter but still overlap an unsupported opening on its inner edge. Thickness also affects how far the joint can close and how the rubber deforms during fastening.
Choose the compound for the medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions of the assembly. Place the ring flat on a clean surface and keep it aligned as the parts come together. Avoid stretching it around an oversized feature or using excessive tightening to compensate for an unsuitable section. Inspect the finished joint under its intended conditions. During replacement, check the seating faces as well as the rubber, since damage or unevenness in the adjoining parts can affect the seal.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
