A silicone rubber grommet should protect the cable at the point where its actual route meets the opening. The approach direction matters: a cable running diagonally toward the panel can bear against one edge of the passage even when its diameter fits comfortably inside the bore.
Develop the custom geometry around the finished panel and cable configuration. Select the material for the local exposure, and include the routing space on both sides of the opening when checking the profile. A suitable bore should not require the cable to make an abrupt bend immediately beside the rubber.
After fitting, position the cable in its intended supports and inspect the contact at the approach side. Adjust the designated route if the wire pulls the grommet out of its groove. During servicing, check the entry again after replacing or redirecting a cable. The new route may load a different part of the passage, so the original fit should not be assumed unchanged merely because the same grommet remains installed.

The approach direction matters: a cable running diagonally toward the panel can bear against one edge of the passage even when its diameter fits comfortably inside the bore. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
