A rubber hole tube plug closes a defined tube opening using a custom molded contact. NBR, neoprene, EPDM and silicone are among the material choices, and the appropriate compound depends on the substances, temperature and contact duration involved in the application.
Identify the exposure inside the tube separately from conditions on the outside of the plug. A closure may contact one medium internally while its head encounters a different cleaner or environment. Both conditions belong in the material selection.
ETOL can adapt dimensions, hardness and color. Match the inserted profile to the finished tube bore and establish the intended seat and removal clearance. Keep sharp tube edges away from the rubber during fitting so material selection is not undermined by mechanical damage.
Evaluate the assembled closure under the required operating conditions. During inspection, look for swelling, hardening or a changed fit as well as visible cuts. If the plug begins to seat differently, review the exposure and mating surface before selecting another identical part. Clean the interface appropriately before replacement, and avoid adding an unapproved substance merely to make insertion easier.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
