Chair bumpers provide localized cushioning where chair parts may contact a neighboring surface or another piece of furniture. Their placement should follow the actual contact point, which may differ from the normal floor-support area. A bumper positioned nearby but outside the contact path will not protect the surface as intended.
Check the chair during the movement that produces the contact, such as storing it against other chairs. The bumper's thickness changes the spacing between the parts and must not obstruct hinges, joints or the intended storage position. The attachment also needs to retain the component when the surfaces separate again.
Choose the material and shape for the particular interface; rubber and plastic constructions should not be assumed to respond identically. Cushioning does not establish a specific impact capacity or prevent damage from every collision. Inspect for a compressed contact face, loosening or a shifted location during maintenance. If wear appears only at one edge, review the alignment before replacing the part in the same position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
