Custom round thick rubber washers provide a compliant layer around a central opening. Their thickness, outside diameter, and bore should be selected for the supporting faces and the movement expected in the assembly. Where a washer is used for shock related contact, the surrounding hardware determines how the rubber can deform.
The working area needs suitable support. A small metal face can press into the rubber differently from a broad one, and an oversized central hole can allow the washer to shift from its intended position. Establish the full hardware stack and the available compressed height before selecting the section. Extra thickness alone does not establish a shock absorption capacity.
Choose material and hardness for the actual loading and environment. Fit the washer without trapping it on a sharp edge, then assess the complete assembly under its intended contact or operating conditions. Inspect for uneven bulging or unintended rigid contact that prevents the rubber from working as designed. During replacement, retain the correct dimensions and supporting hardware rather than substituting a thicker washer to compensate for an unrelated alignment problem.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
