Round SBR rubber mounts provide a compliant interface within a supported assembly. Their dimensions and material should be selected together with the supported load, mounting geometry and expected movement. The behavior of several mounts depends on how the complete structure distributes force between them.
Custom molding allows the round profile and other dimensions to be developed for the equipment. Check that the mounting surfaces place the parts at compatible installed heights. If one mount is compressed much more than the others, the assembly may rest unevenly and use the available movement differently at each point.
Fastening details are part of the design. Any sleeves, washers or stops should control the intended installation without crushing the rubber unpredictably. Evaluate the equipment under representative operating conditions and assess vibration behavior at the system level; the SBR material name alone does not establish an isolation result.
After evaluation, inspect for permanent offset, extrusion or contact between rigid components where clearance was intended. The surrounding structure and load distribution should be reviewed before changing only mount hardness. During maintenance, keep replacement configurations consistent with the developed assembly and inspect adjacent mounts when one position shows unusually heavy wear.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
