Silicone buttons with printing combine a molded control surface with visible function identification. They can be customized for remote controls, equipment interfaces, and other button layouts where a symbol or short label helps users select the intended action. The print layout should be developed with the final button positions and housing openings.
A legend that looks centered on a loose part may not appear centered once the surrounding panel covers its edges. Leave enough clear space around the artwork for the visible face of the installed button. Consider the usual viewing direction and the relationship between adjacent keys, especially when several functions use similar abbreviations or symbols.
The molded shape still determines how the button operates. Print placement should avoid areas where a housing edge rubs during normal movement. When assembling the interface, confirm both the function mapping and the orientation of the printed sheet before closing the enclosure. Use gentle surface cleaning appropriate to the finished button, and remove trapped grit rather than rubbing it repeatedly across the legends.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
