A silicone power button provides a flexible input face for a compatible electronic control. Its custom shape should fit the housing and transfer a press to the intended switching arrangement below. The resting position is as important as the available travel, because the key needs to release completely after use.
Check the button with the enclosure secured. A panel edge pressing on the rubber can hold it partly down, while an unsupported underside may require excessive movement before contact occurs. Align the locating features and internal support before judging the feel.
Evaluate presses near the edge as well as at the center. The key should return without rubbing or remaining tilted in the opening. Keep the underside clean during assembly and protect any contact region from adhesive or handling residue. During repairs, restore the original spacing between the button and the board. Increasing housing pressure to fix an intermittent input can change the resting position instead of solving the alignment problem. Use a replacement with the intended molded geometry so the power control keeps its designed operation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
