A silicone rubber key button with silk-printed markings should present its legend clearly in the assembled keypad. Key curvature, print position and the surrounding bezel can change how the symbol appears from the normal operating angle, so a flat print layout is only the beginning of the design.
Develop the button geometry and markings around the chosen enclosure and contact system. Evaluate a finished sample with the panel assembled, checking contrast and the available space around each legend. Keep the printed function aligned with the control's actual position in the interface.
Test movement and return as well as appearance, including presses near the areas where users naturally place their fingers. The printing method does not establish electrical performance or a specific wear life. During routine cleaning, use a method compatible with the silicone and selected ink system. Inspect worn legends together with key-edge damage during servicing, and retain the correct artwork and button geometry when producing replacement parts for the same panel.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
