Custom hemispherical rubber feet present a rounded outer surface at the contact point. The molded diameter and height need to suit the supported object and its attachment arrangement. The curved shape should be selected for that interface rather than treated as equivalent to a flat pad of similar size.
Check where the load reaches the foot and how the base sits on the intended surface. A rounded profile can change the initial contact area as the rubber is loaded, so the material and geometry should be evaluated together. Keep the mounting region fully supported above the foot.
Install matching components at the relevant positions and assess the complete object for rocking or unintended movement. Select the compound for the surface and cleaning conditions. During maintenance, inspect the curved face for cuts or uneven wear and remove particles that have become embedded in it. A replacement should reproduce the required height, radius, and attachment profile rather than only the outer diameter, preserving the original contact relationship beneath the base.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
