A silicone translucent keypad should be evaluated with the components that sit beneath it. Wall thickness, surface finish and internal colors influence the visible appearance. A loose sample against a plain background may look different once the keypad is mounted over the circuit and supports.
Custom dimensions, colors and marking options allow the part to follow the product. If lighting is intended, assess the actual light source and enclosure arrangement. Check whether legends remain readable and whether internal features create distracting visible areas through the silicone.
The mechanical fit should be evaluated at the same time. Confirm that keys move and return after the enclosure is fastened, including presses near their edges. During assembly, keep particles away from visible regions and seat the sheet without stretching it to align the artwork. Clean the surface using a method compatible with the silicone and marking finish. If appearance varies across the layout, inspect the internal support and lighting conditions as well as the molded material before changing the keypad design.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
