A silicone control keypad with silk printing can be custom developed for a machine panel. Printed labels identify the functions, while the molded button positions should suit the operator's reach and the underlying switches. The layout needs to be evaluated at the panel's installed angle and typical viewing distance.
Keep the important labels clear of enclosure edges and the areas normally covered by the hand. A compact legend may fit on a key but be difficult to read during operation. Check the chosen print color against the silicone background under the actual lighting expected at the machine.
The mechanical interface should allow each key to actuate and release without rubbing against the panel. Assess common control sequences after the housing is secured. Cleaning should be compatible with the rubber and printing, including any process residue encountered at the panel. If a key's feel changes, inspect the supporting sheet and opening for pinching before increasing pressing force. Legible labels and unobstructed travel should remain part of the same working interface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
