Silicone wine bottle caps provide a custom molded closure for a bottle neck. The intended profile can cover an outside feature or use a fitted stopper arrangement, depending on the bottle design. The cap should be selected from the actual neck geometry rather than the bottle's capacity or general appearance.
Check the rim, contact diameter, and available seating length. The closure needs to sit evenly while leaving a practical way to remove it. Select the exact silicone compound for beverage contact and the intended cleaning conditions. A fitted rubber cap does not by itself establish a particular storage life or wine-preservation result.
Clean the cap and bottle-contact area before fitting so residue does not interrupt the seat. Inspect the closure after installation and use the bottle only under the conditions intended for the complete arrangement. Do not assume suitability for pressurized contents or every transport orientation. Before reuse, examine the retaining edge for tears or distortion and replace a loose part with the matching geometry instead of forcing it farther over the neck.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
