A Mini Silicone USB Cap should be developed for the actual connector recess and surrounding device housing. The visible opening, available insertion depth and removal space determine the useful profile. Similar-looking ports should not be assumed to accept the same cap simply because both are small.
Structure, dimensions, hardness, material and color can be customized. Check whether the grip remains accessible beside the device case and neighboring ports. The retained portion should follow the intended interface without pressing against delicate internal parts.
Trial fitting and removal on the finished enclosure before adopting the cap design. If it stops short or requires excessive force, inspect the recess geometry rather than trimming the rubber at random. Keep the cap clean when removed so refitting does not introduce lint into the opening. A port cap does not establish a water rating for the device. Replace a torn or loose cap using the designated profile, preserving both retention and service access.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The visible opening, available insertion depth and removal space determine the useful profile. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
