A threaded rubber suction cup pad with a stainless steel feature needs the metal connection and rubber contact to suit the same installation. The thread defines how the pad attaches, while the lip or contact profile determines how it meets the receiving surface. Neither interface can compensate for an unsuitable fit at the other.
Check thread dimensions and engagement depth against the holder, preserving any required vacuum passage. The stainless feature does not establish universal corrosion resistance for the complete component, and the rubber formulation must suit the actual exposure as well. Holding capacity depends on the evaluated arrangement.
Fit without twisting the pad away from its intended alignment. During service, inspect the metal-to-rubber transition and the contact edge for separate signs of damage. A secure threaded connection may remain intact while the lip has worn. Replace using the defined configuration so the contact face and mounting depth remain appropriate rather than selecting a replacement solely because its screw fits the same hole.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The thread defines how the pad attaches, while the lip or contact profile determines how it meets the receiving surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
