Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Custom stainless steel threaded rubber suction cups combine a metallic attachment interface with a flexible contact pad. Specify the thread, engagement length and installed height together with the rubber profile. The stainless connection needs to suit the mating hardware while the cup remains free to form its intended contact.
Check clearance around both materials during installation. The thread should reach its designed seat without forcing the rubber against an adjacent bracket. Avoid using the cup lip as a turning handle, and inspect the pad orientation after securing the connection.
Choose the finished rubber formulation for the surface and operating conditions. The stainless attachment does not establish the suitability of the rubber for every fluid or cleaning method. Evaluate holding with the actual surface and use arrangement. During maintenance, inspect the transition around the attachment as well as the sealing rim for damage or movement. Match replacement geometry at both interfaces so a mechanically compatible thread does not introduce a different contact height or an uneven pad position.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
