A suction cup pad with a flat profile should meet a receiving surface suited to that geometry. The contact edge needs to lie continuously around the intended area without a local projection holding part of the pad away. Flat appearance alone does not establish how the pad will behave on a curved or textured surface.
Check the mounting face behind the pad as well as the workpiece contact. The connection should preserve alignment and any required vacuum path. The chosen rubber formulation needs evaluation for the actual surface and exposure, while the complete system determines the relevant holding duty.
Inspect the installed contact through the intended movement and release sequence. During maintenance, keep debris out of the contact area and look for wear concentrated near an edge. If the pad has shifted in its holder, restore that position before replacing the rubber. A new contact face cannot compensate for a mounting arrangement that continues to hold one side away from the intended surface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
