Removing a glass tabletop for cleaning is an important part of selecting a glass table suction cup. The rubber contact must release by the table's intended method without using the glass as a lever against a cup still attached to the frame. Custom cup geometry and material can follow that assembly and access requirement.
Allow room around the cup for the designed release action. A mounting hidden directly beneath the glass may be easy to assemble but awkward to reach later. Consider that access before choosing the exposed height and position of the attachment. Support the glass as required by the table design while separating it from its contacts.
Once the top is removed, protect the exposed cup faces from tools and loose particles. Inspect the underside of the glass at each contact location, and clean both mating surfaces before bringing them together again. Place the top using its intended alignment points rather than dragging it across partially engaged cups. Check that each lip has settled without folding before returning the assembled table to use. The cup remains one component of the table's complete support arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
