Transparent silicone rubber keypads with carbon pills combine a visible molded operating surface with conductive contact elements beneath it. The carbon pill positions need to match the circuit while the faces remain free within the housing. Transparency may assist inspection, but it does not replace checking assembled movement.
Compare the pill location with the intended contact as the button travels. An off-center touch on a larger face can reveal movement that is not apparent during a careful central press. The base and flexible web need support that keeps the contact relationship as designed.
Fit with clean contacting regions and place the mat at its locating points before closing the case. Check each button for full return afterward. The complete device determines contact performance and any protection requirements. During care, use the intended cleaning method and inspect the flexible sections if the keypad is removed. Replace with the matching face, base, and pill arrangement rather than selecting a visually similar transparent mat.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
