This silicone rubber keypad provides a molded input surface for a custom electrical control. The key arrangement and dimensions can be developed around the equipment housing, with color choices suited to the interface. Its role is to transfer a user's press to the switching structure beneath the rubber.
Review the front panel together with the internal board supports. A layout that is clear on a loose keypad may become crowded once the panel surrounds each key. Leave enough clearance for the key walls to flex and return without dragging against the openings.
Consider the equipment's normal viewing and operating position. Identification needs to remain readable, and frequently used keys should be reachable without pressing another control unintentionally. The rubber should also fit the expected cleaning routine for the finished equipment. During assembly checks, operate the keys after the housing is secured and compare their response across the whole layout. Keep the underside clean during servicing. Any change in key behavior after reassembly should prompt an alignment check before altering the rubber or the board contact.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
