Rubber pipe tips fit steel tube ends with a molded component developed around the tube geometry. The end finish matters: a sharp cut, projecting seam or rough coating can damage the rubber during insertion and leave the defect hidden once the tip is seated.
Compare the tube's internal and external dimensions with the intended fitting method. A plug engaging the bore and a cover engaging the outside require different measurements. The depth should also suit the available straight section near the end, without interfering with a weld or adjacent feature.
Material, hardness and color can be customized for the contact and handling conditions. Prepare the tube end before fitting the tip and check that it reaches the designed seat evenly. If the part serves as a contact foot, evaluate it with the assembled item resting in its normal position. During replacement, inspect the retained section for cuts and examine the tube end again so an unfinished edge does not damage the next tip.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
