A rubber seal used around a warm assembly must remain compatible with the entire joint environment. This custom component can be shaped for a pipeline connection, closure, or equipment interface, with material selection tied to the actual application. Temperature, the contacting medium, and the way the joint compresses the seal all influence that choice.
Consider the temperature at the sealing surface during normal operation and during cleaning or shutdown. A nearby heat source can create a different condition from the surrounding air. The mating components may also change dimension as they warm, altering the available compression space. The profile should accommodate the intended assembly conditions without being forced into a gap that is too small.
Keep the sealing faces clean during installation and bring the joint together evenly. Avoid using additional tightening to compensate for an incorrect profile. After service, inspect for local flattening, cracking, or material changes around the hottest contact region. Water sealing and heat suitability should be established for the selected compound in the completed connection.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
