A small bushing sleeve can provide a custom rubber interface where its inner and outer surfaces meet adjacent components. For a sealing role, both contact regions need to match the assembly. The silicone profile should be developed with the available length and the method that holds it in place.
Identify which surfaces establish the seal and which locate the sleeve. An unintended gap or a distorted end can interrupt the contact even when the exposed face appears centered. Choose the section and compound around the actual water exposure or other service conditions.
Install on clean mating parts and guide the sleeve squarely into its seat. Check that the center component does not drag the rubber out of position as it is inserted. The completed joint determines its intended protection and should be assessed in that configuration. During maintenance, inspect both contact surfaces for cuts or lasting deformation. Replace with the matching passage, outside profile, and length instead of compressing an unsuitable sleeve harder to force a seal.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
