A rubber bush sealing sleeve forms a custom flexible interface around a coupling arrangement. Bore size, outside profile and length can be developed for the adjoining components, with compound and hardness chosen for the intended exposure. Its sealing role depends on continuous contact at the required surfaces and the way the sleeve is retained.
Define the areas on each mating component that engage the rubber. Steps, grooves or short contact lengths may influence where the sleeve can sit. If the connected parts are offset, check whether that offset causes one side of the sleeve to lift or distort. The joint should be assessed in its installed position rather than by matching diameters alone.
For a water exclusion requirement, consider the complete path around and through the coupling, including the end interfaces. Keep these surfaces clean during assembly, and avoid folding the sleeve edge beneath a retaining feature. Inspect the ends after fastening and again after the intended movement. Any required pressure or water exposure performance must be established for the finished connection and selected material.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
