A silicone glass suction pad should be evaluated on the actual glass finish and in its intended mounting arrangement. The contact face needs a suitable clean area, while the surrounding structure determines how force reaches the pad. A sticky feel does not by itself establish permanent attachment or a universal holding load.
Custom material, dimensions, hardness and color allow the pad to follow the product. Define the required placement, release method and direction of use. Check whether nearby edges, curvature or coatings interrupt the intended contact area.
Clean the glass and pad using a method compatible with both surfaces before fitting. Evaluate repeated placement and release under representative conditions. During inspection, look for trapped particles, damage or an edge that curls away from the glass. If contact changes after cleaning, check for residue as well as wear. Avoid treating repeated pressing as a substitute for a suitable interface. The completed arrangement should remain appropriate for the intended handling and exposure whenever the pad is reused.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
