A rubber suction pad should be selected around the surface it will contact and the way its holder positions it. The working lip or perimeter needs to remain continuous against that surface, while the body accommodates the intended approach. The silicone material name does not establish the same behavior for every pad profile.
Check the connection and any vacuum passage independently of the visible contact diameter. A pad can fit its holder while reaching the workpiece at an unsuitable angle or depth. The complete arrangement must be evaluated for its actual holding duty and operating conditions.
During use, inspect the contact after changes to the workpiece or mounting position. Keep both surfaces clean and remove the pad through its intended release method. Maintenance should include the transition from the working face to the holder, where repeated movement may cause damage. Replace with the defined geometry rather than treating a similarly sized contact face as sufficient evidence that another pad will preserve the original arrangement.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The suction pad's perimeter needs continuous contact with the work surface while its body accommodates the holder's approach. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
