Product Overview

A Customized suction cup can be developed around a particular contact surface and attachment arrangement. The silicone cup's size, color and geometry should follow that task, including the available footprint and the way force reaches the cup. Starting with those conditions is more useful than choosing the largest cup that fits the visible space.

Examine the actual surface for curvature, texture and interruptions across the intended sealing area. Then consider the attachment above the cup: an offset connection may load the edge differently from a centered one. The body needs enough clearance to settle without surrounding hardware pressing against it.

ETOL offers custom dimensions and material choices, with hardness options from 20 to 80 Shore A. Compare candidate constructions using the same surface and attachment so the results reflect the design change. Include the intended contact duration and normal movement in the evaluation.

Cleaning and release should be practical parts of the design. The lip must be accessible enough to inspect, and removal should not require dragging it across the surface under tension. After a trial, examine the perimeter for damage and the attachment region for distortion. Refine the fit around those observations before fixing the final configuration, then keep the evaluated material and geometry consistent for replacement parts.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. The lip must be accessible enough to inspect, and removal should not require dragging it across the surface under tension.
Custom geometry
The body needs enough clearance to settle without surrounding hardware pressing against it.
Fit evaluation
Compare candidate constructions using the same surface and attachment so the results reflect the design change.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
