Product Overview

Double sided silicone suction cups combine opposing suction-contact faces with a screw-related attachment feature. The custom geometry needs to coordinate all of these interfaces rather than treating the rubber body and fastener as independent parts. For an order of double-sided suction cups, define both receiving surfaces and the attachment arrangement so the custom component fits the complete installation.

Check the shape and condition of each surface. Texture, curvature, or a seam on either side can interrupt the contact even if the opposite face seats well. The screw dimensions and engagement must match the adjoining hardware without distorting the suction faces or placing the rubber under a constant sideways load.

Plan the installation sequence so fitting one side does not pull the other out of alignment. Leave access for release and inspection after the surrounding parts are assembled. Evaluate the complete arrangement with the actual load, orientation, movement, and vacuum conditions where applicable. A double-sided form or screw feature does not establish a universal holding capacity. Keep both lips clean and inspect them for tears or permanent deformation. Recheck attachment after repositioning either surface, and avoid installations where an unexpected release would cause injury or damage. The intended fit requires suitable contact on both sides and a compatible mechanical connection.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. The screw dimensions and engagement must match the adjoining hardware without distorting the suction faces or placing the rubber under a constant sideways load.
Custom geometry
Check the shape and condition of each surface.
Fit evaluation
Plan the installation sequence so fitting one side does not pull the other out of alignment.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
