Silicone numeric buttons need clear digit placement and a conductive contact arrangement that responds independently during entry. The molded array should let users move between numbers without pulling a neighboring section or shifting the sheet over the board. Layout and support therefore matter alongside the appearance of each digit key.
Match the button centers and underside contacts to their respective panel and circuit references. If a larger confirmation or zero key is included in the design, assess presses across its usable face rather than treating it as a scaled version of a smaller cap. The housing needs clearance for angled finger contact at the outer rows.
Test representative number sequences with the assembly fully secured. Observe reliable return and unwanted simultaneous input as well as initial activation. Keep the contact face clean during fitting, and preserve the legends through the intended cleaning method. After service, check that the sheet is relaxed and correctly located before closing the housing, since a trapped edge can change the response of several nearby keys.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
