Touch buttons with conductive carbon pill features use the underside contact to interact with a matching circuit pattern. The molded silicone geometry must bring that contact to its target during a press and separate it afterward. The touch-button description does not by itself establish a capacitive sensing method.
Check the pill position, key travel and board spacing together. A button may appear centered in the housing while the underside contact is offset from the circuit. The surrounding opening should also leave the flexible wall free to move rather than hold the key partly pressed.
Evaluate the completed input for a clear response and full release under the intended pressing action. No particular contact resistance or operating life is established by the material category alone. During handling, protect the conductive surface from dirt and abrasive cleaning. If the assembly is reopened, restore the locating features before checking operation so a shifted sheet is not mistaken for failure of the carbon contact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
