A double sided suction cup connects two suitable surfaces through opposing flexible contact faces. Its custom geometry determines the size of each interface and the separation between them. Both sides need appropriate seating; secure attachment on one face does not confirm that the other face has formed its intended seal.
Check the usable contact area on each surface. One side may be flat and continuous while the other includes curvature, a seam, or a texture that interrupts the rim. The two surfaces should reach their intended positions without forcing the cup body sideways between them.
Consider the order of assembly and release. It should be possible to seat each face and later separate the intended interface without pulling unpredictably on the other one. The space around the cup must allow that handling, particularly when the connected objects conceal the rims.
Keep both contact faces clean and choose the compound for the actual exposure conditions. Evaluate the complete arrangement with its intended orientation and movement. A double-ended shape does not establish a holding load or make two unsuitable surfaces compatible. After separation, inspect both lips for cuts, trapped debris, or persistent distortion before using the cup again.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
