Black silicone rubber suction cups with screw thread attachment should meet the contact surface without being pulled off axis by the mounting. The thread location and bracket geometry influence how the rim seats. A securely tightened cup may still have uneven contact if the receiving feature is angled.
Define the thread engagement and clearance around the mount, including any surface that could touch the flexible body during fastening. Select the rubber for the actual contact surface and exposure.
Check the rim after the hardware is tightened and evaluate the complete assembly under representative loading and movement. The thread size does not establish suction capacity. Keep the contact face clean and inspect for nicks or curling before reuse. If contact is repeatedly lost at one side, review the mounting alignment before replacing the cup. During service, distinguish loosening at the threaded connection from a problem at the surface interface so the correction addresses the actual cause.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
