Double sided suction dot pads create contact on opposite sides of a silicone component. They can be customized in size and color for an arrangement where two suitable surfaces need a removable connection. Each side must have a usable contact area; secure contact on one face cannot compensate for an unsuitable surface on the other.
Check the pad between the actual items. Surface curvature, texture and spacing affect how the individual suction regions meet their counterparts. Avoid positioning a contact area across an edge or gap. Consider how the joined pieces will be handled, especially any tendency to slide or peel one face away.
Keep both sides clean before fitting so debris is not trapped between the pad and either item. Separation should be controlled at the contact interface instead of pulling the silicone into excessive stretch. Inspect the dot surfaces for damage before reuse, and store the pad where grit will not collect on an exposed face. Evaluate holding in the intended orientation and conditions rather than assuming both sides perform identically in every arrangement.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
