Match the attachment and installation method
Vacuum sucker pads should be released in a way that preserves the silicone contact edge. Dragging a cup across the surface while it remains attached can roll or scrape the rim, changing the profile needed for its next contact. The intended release method is therefore part of a reusable mounting arrangement, alongside size and attachment geometry.
Choose the pad around the actual surface and the force direction from the mounted component. Keep the attachment aligned so it does not load one side of the cup before use. Where vacuum equipment is involved, assess the pad with the real operating and release sequence.
Clean the rim and surface before fitting, then check for even seating. Inspect the full lip after removal, looking for local cuts or a folded region that persists after the load is removed. If damage follows the same direction repeatedly, review how the assembly approaches and leaves the surface. Correcting the handling path can be necessary before another pad is fitted in the same operating arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
