A custom double suction cup should be developed around the intended relationship between its suction contacts and mounting arrangement. Where a threaded connection is used, the mating hardware needs to hold the assembly in the required orientation without twisting the rubber or obstructing contact with the target surface.
Material, dimensions, hardness and color can be customized. Define the spacing and approach of the contact areas using the actual surfaces they will meet. The complete lip geometry needs to seat as intended; two contact areas do not automatically provide twice the holding performance of one.
Evaluate the full assembly through its required handling and release sequence. Surface finish, alignment and the available vacuum or attachment arrangement determine the useful result together with the cup design. A load rating cannot be inferred from the double configuration alone.
During fitting, inspect the threaded interface and the orientation of each contact area. Keep the lips free of residue using a compatible cleaning method. If one area releases earlier or wears differently, review the local surface and mounting alignment before replacing the component. Preserve the selected contact spacing and thread configuration as well as the rubber material in any replacement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
