Suction Cups with Threaded Screw connections should be developed around the mounting space as well as the target surface. The thread must engage the intended hardware while leaving the cup body enough clearance to contact and deform without rubbing against the bracket or neighboring parts.
Material, dimensions, hardness and color can be customized. Define the connection and cup profile with the actual assembly, including the direction of approach. A thread that fits mechanically does not establish that the cup lip will meet the surface at the correct angle.
Evaluate the complete holding and release arrangement under its required conditions. No load capacity follows from the threaded feature alone.
