Silicone function keypads and switch buttons need their retaining areas to hold position while their active sections remain free to move. The flexible sheet should not be stretched or clamped across a key merely to make the outer profile fit the enclosure. Its supporting geometry belongs to the complete control design.
Coordinate the visible layout with the switches or circuit contacts beneath it. Key size, spacing and legends should identify the assigned functions at the finished panel scale. The selected formulation requires evaluation for the actual operating and cleaning conditions, without an assumed durability figure from the general material description.
Check the completed assembly for independent operation and full release after each press. During maintenance, protect thin web sections and keep residues away from hidden contact areas. Restore the locating features before fastening the enclosure so a changed clamping relationship is not mistaken for a loss of flexibility or a failure of the underlying switch mechanism.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
