Match the attachment and installation method
A dustproof silicone rubber lid covers a matched bottle opening with a flexible molded rim. Its size and edge profile should follow the bottle mouth so the cover seats without a fold or a section held away by residue.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, material, hardness and color. Define whether the lid fits over the outside or locates within a specific seat, then compare the actual bottle profile. Select the compound for the contents and cleaning conditions of the completed closure.
Clean the rim before fitting and work the lid into place without stretching one edge far ahead of the rest. Inspect the perimeter to confirm the intended coverage, and evaluate the required protective function in the finished arrangement. During removal, release the edge gently through its designed handling area rather than puncturing the lid with a tool. Keep the inside surface clean between uses and inspect for cuts or permanent deformation. If a replacement bottle has a different mouth profile, reassess the fit before reusing the same cover.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
