A silicone rubber sleeve provides a custom flexible cover around a selected component or interface. Its wall protects the covered area while the openings establish how it meets the adjoining surfaces. For an application concerned with dust or moisture, the fit at those openings is as significant as the sleeve material itself.
The required coverage should be defined in the assembled position. Include any shoulder that the sleeve must pass over and any area that needs to remain exposed for operation or maintenance. A sleeve held under constant lengthwise stretch can pull away from one end, while excess length may gather into folds. The intended shape should therefore follow the installed geometry rather than rely on stretching to absorb a large dimensional mismatch.
Size and color are customizable. Choose the material and wall arrangement for the handling and environmental conditions around the covered part. After installation, inspect the full circumference of each end for rolled edges or trapped debris. The complete interface must be evaluated for its intended water exposure; a flexible cover alone does not establish an enclosure protection rating.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
