A Custom silicone sleeve can provide a flexible covering along a selected cable section. Its useful length is the region needing protection, with clearance left for connectors, strain-management features and any change in cable size near the ends.
ETOL customizes dimensions, material, hardness and color. Establish the sleeve's resting position before deciding the bore and length, including the path it must take during assembly. A connector already on the cable may prevent a closed sleeve from being fitted unless the installation order accommodates it.
Keep the sleeve clear of a termination that must move or be gripped during disconnection. Feed the cable without scraping the inner surface and inspect the sleeve ends for folds afterward. Secure the surrounding cable route so the covering is not dragged to a different position during ordinary handling. During maintenance, look for a sleeve edge pressed repeatedly against a connector shoulder. Correct that spacing rather than allowing the rubber to become trapped where the cable covering changes size or stiffness.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A connector already on the cable may prevent a closed sleeve from being fitted unless the installation order accommodates it. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
