A round rubber seal can be custom developed in EPDM or FKM for a circular mating interface. Select the finished formulation for the actual medium and environmental exposure. The ring's diameter and section should fit the supported seat so contact occurs where the joint is designed to compress the rubber.
Compare the complete section rather than the outer diameter alone. Two round parts can share that measurement while leaving different central clearance or requiring different compression. Check the fitted position before the assembly is closed, especially where the seal can roll or move within its seat.
Keep material identification associated with each version so EPDM and FKM parts are not interchanged merely because they look alike. Before fitting, clean the contact surfaces and inspect for a damaged edge. On removal, look for uneven flattening or a persistent twist that indicates a seating issue. Replacement should restore the intended fit, with the surrounding joint corrected if it repeatedly displaces the seal during closing or operation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
