A custom EPDM silicone rubber sleeve can be developed in the material version appropriate to its application. EPDM and silicone should be assessed as separate finished formulations, with the bore, length and exterior profile matched to the covered component. Flexibility should support the intended fitting method without replacing dimensional compatibility.
Check the component along the full sleeve length. A shoulder or change in section may restrict fitting or hold one region under extra stretch. The sleeve should remain positioned without a folded end or an unsupported section rubbing against surrounding hardware.
Select the compound for actual fluids, temperature and cleaning exposure. If the material changes, reassess the fit on the completed assembly rather than assuming an identical loose shape behaves the same. During maintenance, inspect inside the ends and at any bend for cuts or lasting distortion. Keep replacements identified by both material and working dimensions so a similar appearance does not lead to an unsuitable substitution at the covered location.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The sleeve should remain positioned without a folded end or an unsupported section rubbing against surrounding hardware. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
