Molded silicone buttons provide flexible operating surfaces for a custom keypad. Their dimensions can follow the housing openings and the switch layout, with the visible cap and supporting rubber developed as one component. The external shape should remain usable after the panel covers its surrounding edge.
Check the amount of face area available for a finger and the clearance around the cap. A tall button needs room to move without rubbing sideways, while a low button must remain accessible from the normal operating direction. The underside needs to correspond to the intended switch position and travel.
Fit the keypad on its supports and inspect the edges before tightening the enclosure. Test the controls after the case is secured, looking for incomplete return or interference from neighboring keys. Keep the underside clean during assembly. Select the compound for the actual operating and cleaning conditions, and inspect the seating if the button feel changes after service. A small change in case or board position can influence the movement of the molded control.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
