Product Overview

Rubber silicone feet for equipment should establish a consistent support height while keeping the base clear of the surface beneath it. Their location needs to suit the internal weight distribution and the available mounting areas. A foot positioned over an unsupported part of the housing can change the stance even when the rubber profile itself is appropriate.

Check the attachment interface, footprint, and clearance around vents or service covers. Select the compound for the actual temperature, cleaning exposure, and supporting surface. The completed equipment should rest on the intended feet without an unrelated housing edge or cable creating another contact point.

Fit each support fully and inspect the complete set on a level surface. Assess normal handling and operating movement where relevant. During care, keep the contact faces clean and look for loose attachments or uneven deformation. If only one foot is replaced, compare its installed height with the remaining supports so the new component does not introduce rocking beside older parts with a different settled shape.

Material options
Custom silicone or rubber formulation, with dimensions and color adapted to the mating component.
Hardness range
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A; rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Compare firmness under load at the intended contact face. Check the attachment interface, footprint, and clearance around vents or service covers.
Custom profile & fit
A foot positioned over an unsupported part of the housing can change the stance even when the rubber profile itself is appropriate.
Assembly considerations
Fit each support fully and inspect the complete set on a level surface.
Design check
Select the compound for the actual temperature, cleaning exposure, and supporting surface.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
