This self-adhesive silicone rubber bumper provides a flexible contact point where parts meet. The backing should bond to a flat, stable surface, while the bumper's exposed face should receive contact without a moving edge catching underneath it.
ETOL offers custom structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color. Locate the actual meeting point before selecting the footprint and height. A bumper placed too close to the edge of a panel may be peeled sideways when the mating part moves across it.
Prepare the attachment area for the selected adhesive and align the part before pressing it down. Follow the backing's intended bonding conditions before repeated contact. Observe the mating motion slowly after assembly, checking for a lifted corner or rubber squeezed out of its contact position. During routine inspection, remove surrounding debris and replace a shifting bumper on a clean substrate. Correct the contact direction before replacement if the same edge repeatedly lifts; pressing a contaminated backing down again is unlikely to restore the intended attachment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
