Match the attachment and installation method
Custom small suction cups with hole features need to be matched to the way they connect to the surrounding assembly. Establish whether the opening serves the intended mounting or vacuum arrangement, then size the cup body and contact region around it. The hole and exterior footprint should be treated as related design features rather than independent dimensions.
Check the mating part inside the opening. It should not stretch the surrounding rubber out of shape or interfere with the cup's ability to meet the surface. Small components can be difficult to inspect once installed, so verify the seating and orientation before access becomes restricted.
Select the finished material for the contact surface and environment. Test the complete arrangement under its intended handling conditions, including separation from the surface. During cleaning or replacement, keep debris out of the hole and avoid probing it with a tool that could nick the surrounding rubber. A damaged opening may affect the connection even when the suction lip still appears intact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
