A flexible soft silicone seal gasket can conform to a matching joint when its geometry and compression are properly controlled. Custom molding allows the outline and section to follow the assembly, with material selection based on the intended contact conditions. Softness is useful only when the surrounding parts support the gasket appropriately.
Pay attention to the space available as the joint closes. The gasket should have the intended room to deform without being driven into an unwanted gap or trapped against a sharp edge. A thicker or softer replacement is not automatically a better fit for an existing seat.
Choose the silicone formulation for the actual application, including any food-contact and cleaning requirements. These requirements belong to the finished use and should be considered alongside the dimensions. Install the gasket on clean mating surfaces and check that its edge stays within the intended seat. Tighten or close the assembly using its specified method so that compression remains controlled. During maintenance, inspect hidden sections for tearing or permanent deformation before deciding whether the gasket can be reused.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
