A silicone flange gasket for a pressure cooker occupies a defined contact band between mating appliance surfaces. Its custom outline must follow that band, including the locating features and regions that need to remain unobstructed. The flange profile is specific to the cooker configuration and is not a universal replacement ring.
Review how the contact width changes around the interface. A broad rubber face is useful only where the mating flange supports it. An opening or recess beside the seat can leave a section unsupported, while a misplaced edge may interfere with a separate appliance feature. The intended gasket thickness must correspond to the closed lid position.
Use the cooker design's specified material and fitting procedure, with food contact and operating suitability established for the actual finished assembly. Before inspection or removal, complete the appliance's prescribed cooling and pressure-release process. Examine the mating flange if damage is concentrated in one part of the gasket. Replace a damaged seal with the evaluated profile and address any seat defect; adding another layer or widening the rubber locally changes the interface on which the cooker depends.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
